got mixed feelings?
mixed feelings a rotating advice column and chronically-online community of over thinkers.
Every week therapists, authors, and other experts will respond to your qualms in an essay. We’ll cover existential questions of every category from relationships and work to how style, home, and culture contribute to identity.
We love to discuss and since no voice is the end-all-be-all when it comes to advice, every newsletter will feature a comments page where we can all chat through the week’s topic, providing thoughtful perspectives, advice, and opinions. No small talk! Depth always.

Is there an existential question burning a hole into your brain? Is there a predicament you’re dealing with at work or home that’s proving difficult to navigate? Send us your qualms, questions, and thoughts through this Google Form or write in by emailing email@example.com.
as you’re writing, here are some things to keep in mind:
Your write-in is anonymous! Please share your initials or a codename (ie. “Sadgirl96”) so that our experts can refer to you.
Give us the context and exposition to your problem. Start off your writing with some personal details. Explain your situation and how it makes you feel.
End with a question you’d like answering. Some examples: “How do you tell a friend you don’t want to be friends anymore?” or “What do I do if my boss doesn’t have boundaries?”
