I feel uncomfortable with the narrative of ‘letting go of what does not serve you’. Maybe it’s just the phrasing that I take issue with - but it’s not like everything and everyone that’s in your life has to serve you otherwise it’s goodbye. Am I the only one that finds this self-indulgent?
